We do not accept returns for products once they have been delivered, except in cases where the product is received damaged or defective.

We do not provide refunds for:

- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Size or preference issues
- Delays caused by courier services
- Any reason other than verified product damage or defect
Damaged or Defective Products (Replacement Policy)
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement.
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear unboxing video and photos must be provided as proof.
- The product must be unused and in original packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the same product, subject to stock availability.
⚠️ Replacement requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
Replacement Process
- After approval, replacement shipping will be arranged by Maftha Lounge.
- If the same product is unavailable, an alternative solution may be offered at our discretion.
Non-Eligible Situations
Replacement requests will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used or damaged after delivery
- Request is made after the allowed time period
- Proof of damage is not provided
- Damage occurs due to misuse or improper handling
